Progressed from administrative management to senior dental office roles, gaining expertise in insurance verification, billing, treatment coordination, and practice efficiency. Proficient in Dental EMR, Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, and other practice management systems. Holds certifications in ACLS, BLS, and dental radiation safety, with continuing education in business and dental assisting.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, recognized for leadership, problem-solving, and client relations. Currently leads a team supporting first-time dental owners in launching and managing successful practices.
